It’s time to make my front yard stand out! My neighbors have flowers in their front yards, and it seems that I have the only house with no eye-catching allure. I wanted to keep things simple and cost-effective to get the job done. I purchased 24 Asiatic and Oriental Lillies for about 0.75 cents per piece at Walmart (I think it’s a really good deal). I decided to plant them in a square fashion around my rose bush to give my front yard a little more color. I prepared the area the same way as my vegetable garden and mixed in 1 bag of Sta Green garden soil to the tilled space. I think these flowers should complement the rose bush very well. What do you think?
